Terjebak banjir di kali deres 16/01/2013

Pertama kali nya gw alamin  naik motor n kejebak banjir saat mau berangkat kerja ke cengkareng sukarno hatta.. posisi gw saat itu di daan mogot mau kearah terminal kali deres, n tembus ke cengkareng  arah ke terminal uda gabisa di lewatin motor karena ketinggian air kira" sepaha orang dewasa, akhir nya pada lawan arah dan gw coba ngikutin aja..

Ternyata kendaraan yang lawan arah ga bisa gerak sama sekali karena saking padat nya kendaraan gw putusin untuk minggir dulu sebentar nenangin pikiran kira-kira 20 menit , ada yang ajak lewat jalan  alternatif dalam kampung dan gw juga berminat karena kita uda gabisa kmana-mana lagi , akhir nya gw putusin untuk ikut rombongan dan akhir nya puter balik dan ikutin yang ngerti jalan dari belakang. 

saat mau ke arah jalan alternatif yang posisinya sebelum jembatan kalideres air makin tinggi, karna kerendem motor gw sempet mati haduhhhhhhh.... keringet dingin gw udah kaya bawa motor di tengah danau hahahaha dengan doa dalam hati terus gw gas motor gw .. dan akhirnya hidup lagi mesin nya sukses menembus banjir.. gw uda bersyukur bgt karena motor gw idup lg,  rombongan gw pun nungguin gw yang sempet mati mesin nya. 

Setelah ok dan lanjutin perjalanan gw lagi .. ga lama jalan terdengar ledakan yang lumayan kenceng hahhaha ternyata busi motor gw meledak hahhaha.. apes bgt gw sela" sampe 15 menit ga ada hasil nya

haduh uda pusing ditambah pusing lagi... diam sejenak ternyata di sebelah gw gajauh ada bengkel beruntung nya nasib gw ..

Ternyata Allah masi sayang sama gw hahahha.. uda apes masi untung juga byasa lah orang indonesia XD hahahahaha pas itu orang bengkel nya lagi dengerin mp3 gitu santai-santai karna sendal gw putus sempetin nyari paku dulu di bengkel buat benerin sendal hahhaa,, setelah sendal gw uda bener baru gw minta tolong sama tukang bengkel nya orang batak  tapi asik sih sabar banget benerin motor gw .. makasih banyak lah sama dia uda nolongin .. dengan iklas hahhaha .. dah gitu di kasi tau lg rute nya lewat kampung n tembus juga gw sampe tempat kerja hahha 

gitu  deh cerita  pengalaman pribadi gw saat terjebak banjir yang penting jangan malu buat bertanya karena jkarta banyak jalan tikus nya bisa tembus kmna" ..

Macam sauce dasar

• Demiglace Sauce.

Demiglace memiliki ciri warna yang cokelat, dibuat dengan bahan dasar tulang yang digosongkan terlebih dahulu. Kemudian ditambahkan mirepoix atau sayuran seperti bawang pre, bawang bombay, wortel dan batang seladri. Kemudian berbagai jenis herb seperti thyme dan bayleaf , ekstrak tomat dan menggunakan tepung sebagai pengentalnya.

• Bechamel Sauce.

Bechamel memiliki ciri warna yang putih. Dibuat dengan bahan dasar utama susu dan dikentalkan dengan menggunakan  Roux  yaitu campuran mentega panas dan tepung terigu, kemudian ditambahkan susu cair secara perlahan-lahan sampai mencapai tingkat kekentalan yang diinginkan.

• Veloute Sauce.

Veloute  dibuat dengan bahan utama kaldu atau stock dan menggunakan roux sebagai pengentalnya. Dalam hal ini jenis kaldu memberikan nama bagi veloute tersebut. Chicken Veloute dibuat  dengan menggunakan kaldu ayam, Fish veloute dibuat dengan menggunakan kaldu ikan dan Veal Veloute dibuat dengan menggunakan kaldu sapi. Kualitas kaldu yang dibuat sangat menentukan cita rasa dari saus veloute itu sendiri.

• Tomato Sauce.

Tomato sauce dibuat dengan bahan dasar tomat segar, bawang bombay dan bawang putih yang dicincang . Kemudian ditambahkan tomato paste, herbs (thyme, bayleaf, oregano,) fresh basil dan sedikit gula. Dimasak dengan api sedang sampai mencapai tingkat kekentalan yang diinginkan.

• Butter Sauce.

Yaitu saus dasar yang dibuat dari mentega. Terdiri dari :

Hollandaise Sauce yang menggunakan mentega, kuning telor, dan reduction dari bawang merah,wine vinegar, dan merica utuh.

Bearnaise Sauce, bahannya sama dengan Hollandaise Sauce. Tapi menggunakan Taragon Vinegar dan fresh taragon.

Garlic Butter Sauce (Maitre D'hotel Sauce) menggunakan bahan utama mentega dan cincangan bawang putih dan ditambahkan cincangan parsley agar kelihatan menarik. Kemudian dibekukan terlebih dahulu sebelum digunakan.

Demikian sedikit ulasan mengenai saus dasar atau Mother Sauce
